Je vais te partager une expérience personnelle. Je viens de terminer un chantier qui a subi les effets de l’après COVID 19.
Mais ça veut dire quoi ? Eh bien, retard de livraison des mobiliers et agencements, suppressions de références en cours de commande, arrêt des chaines de fabrication dû à la rupture de matière première… donc retard de livraison. Bref, comme du l’as compris c’était la galère.
Dans mon cas au final, c’est un chantier réussi sans surcoût ! J’ai su rebondir car j’étais préparé et malgré un retard de livraison dû à cette situation je livre un projet qui fait ma fierté et celle de mon client.
Alors on fait quoi pour gérer dans ce cas-là ? Et bien on ANTICIPE, on prépare son projet et on l’analyse pour en déceler les potentielles failles ! Je le dis tout le temps, une des clés de la réussite d’un projet réside dans sa préparation. On ne peut pas se lancer tête baissée dans une bataille sans même en prévoir les coûts !
L’une des autres clés est de rester FOCUS ! Tu n’imagines pas le nombre de projets que j’ai vu échouer simplement en n’appliquant pas cette simple règle.
Ainsi, si un jour le problème se présente, le temps d’un instant tu pourras te dire fièrement « je le savais » et agir en conséquence !
